Heart's Bend closed several years ago. Nina has recently sold the property. There was a farewell reunion July 15-16, 2000. It was put together with little notice, but many people came anyway. It was both a sad and joyous occasion. We were all happy to see one another again... some of us caught up with some people we had not seen in twenty years. It was also sad, in that with the selling of the property this was the definitive marking of an end of an era. Heart's Bend may not be in business any more, but it will live on for ever in our memories, our hearts and in the friendships we have made.
Thank you Nina for giving us all such a special place and all of the good times we had at Heart's Bend. You have made a great difference in so many people's life. We are forever indebted to you and all of the people who made Heart's Bend... Heart's Bend.
